Pay: $18 - $22/hr DOE
Schedule: Full-Time | Monday-Friday | Day Shift with overtime as needed

Ability to work in a fast-paced aviation shop environment
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
MUST be able to pass an FAA/DOT drug test!

Strong work ethic and reliable attendance
Ability to follow instructions and safety procedures
Willingness to learn aviation component processes and shop operations
Read a tape measure
General Laborer – Propeller Department – Position Summary
We are seeking dependable General Laborers to support daily operations within the propeller department of an aviation maintenance and repair facility. This position assists mechanics and technicians with cleaning, material handling, part preparation, shop organization, and general support duties related to aircraft propeller systems and components.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, mechanical environments, and opportunities to grow within the aviation industry.
General Laborer – Propeller Department – Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Assist propeller mechanics and technicians with daily shop operations
Clean and prepare propeller components for inspection, repair, and assembly
Move parts, tooling, and materials throughout the department
Perform shop cleanup and maintain organized work areas
Assist with sanding, masking, washing, and basic part preparation tasks
Operate basic hand tools and shop equipment safely
Load and unload materials and organize inventory
Follow company procedures, FAA-related shop standards, and safety requirements
Support disassembly and assembly operations as directed
Perform additional labor and support duties as assigned
