Schedule

Monday - Thursday: 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM

Friday: 6:30 AM - 3:00 PM

Overtime available based on production needs

Bindery Assistant – Must-Have Requirements

• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Ability to stand, bend, reach, and walk throughout the workday
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions

Bindery Assistant – Position Summary

A growing printing and production company in Tulsa, OK is seeking a Bindery Assistant to join its team. This position is responsible for assisting with the finishing, assembly, packaging, and preparation of printed materials. No printing experience is required—training will be provided for motivated individuals who are eager to learn and develop new skills in a production environment. Overtime opportunities are available for those looking to increase their earnings.

Bindery Assistant – Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Assist with bindery and print finishing operations
• Fold, collate, assemble, and package printed materials
• Operate bindery equipment after training
• Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy
• Prepare orders for shipping and delivery
• Maintain production schedules and workflow
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe
• Follow all company safety procedures
• Support team members with production-related tasks as needed

Bindery Assistant – Additional Qualifications

• Previous printing or bindery, experience is a plus
• Experience working with production equipment is preferred but not required
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong organizational skills
