Position Summary: Maintain positive, relevant, and resourceful relations with the volunteers and donors of For Her and the community of Lubbock. Operate and grow the fundraising events, donor engagement, events and ministry programs, and volunteers at For Her.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Implement, manage, and update ministry and volunteer policies, procedures, and protocols under supervision of For Her Director.
- Assist Director in developing and then implementing volunteer training, including but not limited to: determining training requirements, recruiting volunteers, helping to conduct group training, tracking volunteer hours, and entering volunteer participation in the church database
- Liaison between Growth track and dream team at Trinity Church and For Her.
- Oversee all aspects of the ministry and outreach programs that For Her has to offer, including volunteer recruitment, training, and scheduling:
- Embrace Grace program/class: host 12 weekly evening meetings with clients, plan and organize baby shower and a princess day for attendees, train co-leaders, order curriculum and organize class schedule.
- Embrace Life Program to bridge the gap between life and church for clients.
- Embrace Legacy—Male program- research and recommend training curriculum, recruit, and manage volunteers.
- Reunions and Gatherings- Lead and organize an annual time for For Her patients to grow together.
- Abortion recovery program: assist current team members in organizing, train co-leaders, distribute information on program, order curriculum, organize class schedule and attend certified trainings.
- Prenatal and parenting classes: Facilitate course in conjunction with nursing staff, coordinate volunteer teachers, organize and maintain baby boutique.
- Assist Director in developing and executing current and new events, ensuring they align with organizational goals and branding.
- Baby Shower drives
- Annual Baby Bottle Fundraiser at Trinity. Assist in developing relations with other community churches and invite them to host a Bottle Fundraiser
- White Rose Weekend and White Rose Gala
- VIP events
- Community outreach events
- TTU campus events
- Help develop the Vision, Mission, Values of Trinity Church and grow in personal discipleship through: Bible study, Life Groups, prayer, giving of tithe and offerings, and commitments to Beyond.
- Must be a member of Trinity Church.
QUALIFICATIONS: High School Diploma; College degree preferred; 3-5 years related experience. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and relationship-building skills, with experience in fundraising campaigns, donor engagement, and event planning.
Hours for this job will vary. There will be office hours in the beginning. After training, hours will vary based on the events planned. Must be willing and able to work weekends and evenings as needed. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. (license is not required). Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems efficiently and effectively while maintaining good working relationships. Possess professional phone manner. Ability to maintain confidentiality. Ability to promote good public relations and communications.
Must complete patient advocate training and continue education regarding unplanned pregnancy, spiritual growth, and business relations of a pregnancy clinic.
