We’re looking for a Marketing & Communications Project Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our cross-ministry communications department. This role blends project management with marketing and communications know-how, ensuring that every campaign, event, and creative request runs smoothly from idea to delivery.

- Manage marketing and communications projects from intake to completion.
- Coordinate work across graphic design, writing, media, and web teams.
- Maintain a forward-looking calendar of projects and events.
- Oversee website updates, email campaigns, press releases, and recurring communications.
- Support advertising, print production, and digital signage needs.
- Serve as the communication hub between departments and the marketing team.
- 3 years of experience in project management or marketing/communications.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Comfortable using project management tools (Basecamp, Asana, Trello, etc.).
- Familiarity with email marketing platforms (Mailchimp preferred).
- Ability to collaborate with diverse teams and juggle multiple projects.
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset.
- Experience in nonprofit or ministry settings.
- Understanding of brand strategy, digital marketing, or creative production.
