What you'll do:
- Prepare and process invoices for completed railcars accurately and in a timely manner
- Maintain and update production tracking systems, ensuring data integrity through regular analysis and audits
- Organize documentation by creating folders for inbound railcars and submitting Bills of Lading for outbound shipments
- Coordinate customer approvals to ensure compliance and smooth workflow
- Perform additional tasks and projects as assigned to support operational efficiency
What you'll need:
- High school diploma and 4 years of relevant experience in a similar role
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills, with the ability to build positive relationships
- Highly detail-oriented and organized, capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including strong grammar and professional correspondence
- Proven ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines consistently
