What We're Looking For: A reliable, hardworking, and eager-to-learn personality to play a key role in ensuring a supportive client experience that includes claims support and efficient enrollment processing. You will be responsible for managing client inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exemplary customer service while also supporting them during the supplemental claims process with carriers.
Some of the key responsibilities and expectations particular to this role are:
- Articulate communication through phone, email, and in person.
- Provide answers and support to clients and their employees regarding their benefits and claims.
- Be supplemental support for our clients and their employees through Trinity's agents and representatives.
- Enter enrollment changes in a variety of carrier portals.
- Provide agent support with plan renewals, employee enrollment changes, and open enrollments.
- Have excellent Microsoft Office skills, particularly with Excel.
- The ability to handle deadlines and prioritize responsibilities and tasks.
- A willingness to learn and grow.
Hours:
- Full-Time, Mon.-Thu., 8:00am – 5:00pm and Fri. 8:00am - Noon

Compensation:
- Starting pay is $19-22 per hour, depending on qualifications.
Education and Experience:
- High school degree, GED, or equivalent.
- A minimum of two years of experience in a customer service and/or client support role.
