Dean Elect of the Graduate School
Title: Dean Elect of the Graduate School
Description: The Dean Elect will join the Graduate School at Trinity Bible College as the future replacement of the current Dean. As the Dean Elect this role will shadow the current Dean for anywhere from 6-12 months in order to learn the systems, pedagogy, and culture of the Graduate programs. Responsibilities will grow over time and include: teaching, program management, staff development, fiscal management, and others. Position reports directly to the President of Trinity Bible College and Graduate School.
Type: Full-time salaried position. Eligible for all benefits offered to employees at Trinity Bible College and Graduate School.
Qualifications: Earned PhD from an accredited institution.
Experience: Significant leadership, perferably in a Pentacostal church or institutional context. Knowledge of program development, accreditation, and assessment. Demonstrated success in budget management, staffing, and strategic planning.
Start Date: Anticipated July 1, 2027 or after, with full Deanship July 1, 2028.
Compensation: Available upon application and dependent on experience.
