Bachelor’s Degree in human service-related field required (such as counseling, social work, or psychology). Other degrees will be considered based on relevance to position and acceptability to DAODAS/SCAADAC for credentialing purposes. Related work experience desirable.
Function: Entry level Case Management position. The Case Manager must provide linkage with medical, social, educational, and/or other providers, programs, and services that are capable of providing needed services for the clients served. Identifying and removing barriers to full treatment participation and retention. Provide support and guidance for clients served. Possess a working knowledge of Medication Assistance Therapy. Possess computer skills and the ability to develop tracking reports. The Case Manager must be willing to travel the following counties: Dillon and Bennettsville Counties, SC.
