Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Teacher role based in Dallas, TX. The Teacher is responsible for planning and delivering engaging, standards-aligned lessons, assessing student learning, and adjusting instruction to meet diverse needs. Day-to-day responsibilities include classroom management, providing individualized support, communicating regularly with families and colleagues, and maintaining accurate records of student progress. The Teacher collaborates with grade-level and content teams, participates in professional development and training, and upholds school policies and procedures. The role also involves contributing to a positive school culture that encourages student motivation, respect, and resilience.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Teaching and Education skills, with experience instructing PK–12 students or comparable grade levels.
- Candidates should possess effective Lesson Planning and Training skills to design, adapt, and deliver rigorous, differentiated instruction.
- Candidates should possess clear Communication skills to engage students, collaborate with staff, and build partnerships with families.
- Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field; appropriate teaching certification or eligibility to obtain certification in Texas is preferred.
- Demonstrated classroom management abilities, commitment to inclusive and culturally responsive practices, and willingness to participate in ongoing professional development.
- Ability to use instructional technology and data to inform teaching decisions; prior experience in charter or public school settings is a plus.
