Position Summary:
Trinity Ag is looking for a dependable and safety-minded Fuel & Propane Delivery Driver to join their team. In this role, you will deliver diesel, gasoline, and propane to farms, ranches, and other agricultural operations. You'll play a critical role in providing home heating during the winter months and helping producers stay fueled during planting, harvest, and other seasonal demands. This is more than a driving job — it's a chance to build trusted relationships with producers and support the local agriculture community. Hazmat and CDL preferred but not required, we will help you gain the certifications you need!
Primary Responsibilities:
- Safely operate delivery vehicles to deliver propane, diesel, gasoline, and fuel oil to ag clients.
- Deliver to on-farm tanks, mobile equipment, fuel trailers, irrigation pumps, and other agricultural fuel storage.
- Ensure timely deliveries during peak farming seasons (planting, harvest, etc.), and peak heating seasons.
- Complete all delivery paperwork, logs, and digital entries accurately.
- Maintain positive, professional relationships with farm customers.
- Assist in monthly inventory measurements of propane and refined fuels.
- Perform daily pre- and post-trip inspections and routine truck maintenance checks.
- Monitor tank levels and anticipate customer fuel needs.
- Respond quickly to urgent delivery requests when necessary.
- Follow all DOT, OSHA, company, and environmental safety regulations.
Preferred Qualifications:
- CDL Class B (or A) with Hazmat (H) endorsements preferred.
- If you do not have the necessary certifications, we will help you attain them.
- Clean driving record and ability to meet all DOT driver qualifications.
- Ability to pass pre-employment drug screen and DOT physical.
- Ability to work long or flexible hours during peak seasons (e.g., early mornings, late evenings, weekends).
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
· Mechanically inclined or able to troubleshoot basic fuel systems.
