- Lead the end-to-end design, development, deployment, and maintenance of scalable backend services for Cortex XSOAR, Cortex XSIAM, and AI-powered cybersecurity solutions.
- Develop high-performance server-side applications using Go and Python, ensuring reliability, scalability, and security for both SaaS and on-premise environments.
- Architect cloud-native solutions leveraging AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform, with expertise in Docker, Kubernetes, and distributed systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional engineering, product, and support teams to deliver innovative security automation and orchestration capabilities.
- Troubleshoot production issues, provide real-time incident resolution, and ensure high availability of mission-critical cybersecurity platforms.
- Engage directly with customers and technical support teams to diagnose, resolve, and prevent complex software and infrastructure issues.
- Utilize advanced Linux/Unix administration, networking, shell scripting, and system diagnostics to optimize backend performance and operations.
- Design and implement distributed systems while applying concepts such as CAP Theorem, leader election, split-brain prevention, and scalable data structures.
- Contribute to AI-driven product enhancements by integrating intelligent automation and developing tools that improve engineering productivity and security operations.
