Description:
The ideal candidate will Own the business development initiatives that includes Expanding the TRINITE footprint at existing clients and acquisition of new clients and enhancing business opportunities for the company. With a focus on results, they will possess strong communication skills and the ability to think critically when planning. Additionally, they will have a proven track record of successfully achieving sales targets and executing business development strategies. The position will report to the Managing Director
Responsibilities
- Foster and maintain existing business relationships to expand the Trinite footprint and gain additional business primarily in the areas of Staffing and Business Process Outsourcing
- Identify new opportunities in new areas as well as areas where Trinite is already doing business at existing clients
- Build and nurture new relationships to drive business growth and support company expansion
- Manage Profit and Loss of each contract and at client level
- Identity Potential new clients / logos and opportunities when possible
- Manage business stakeholder relationship.
Qualifications
· College degree or equivalent
· 3 to 5 years of relevant business development experience in B2B
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
· Demonstrated expertise in developing and executing successful business development strategies
· Result oriented with a strong focus on goals
Compensation
- Base salary commission Benefits
