About The Role

What You’ll Do
- Maintain a high level of professionalism with residents, vendors, and team members
- Ensure community cleanliness, curb appeal, and overall property standards
- Complete daily work orders and assist with unit turns
- Perform general maintenance, including:
- Plumbing
- Electrical
- Painting
- Appliance repair
- Basic HVAC
- Clean and maintain common areas, amenities, and grounds
- Identify and report maintenance issues proactively
- Assist in preparing vacant units for new residents
- Support the Community Manager and team with maintenance-related needs
- Minimum 1 year of apartment maintenance or related experience
- Experience in: Electrical, Plumbing, Plumbing, Carpentry/woodwork, Tile work & Water line installation
- Strong attention to detail and sense of urgency
- Ability to lift 50 lbs
- Must have:
- Basic hand tools
- Valid driver’s license
- Trade certifications are a plus
