What You'll Do
As our Maintenance Technician, you'll play a key role in maintaining our communities by:
- Performing plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliance, and general maintenance repairs
- Completing apartment turns and make-ready work
- Troubleshooting mechanical systems and maintenance issues
- Handling carpentry, drywall, painting, and glass replacement as needed
- Completing daily work orders efficiently and professionally
- Participating in preventative maintenance programs
- Following all company safety policies and procedures
- Providing excellent customer service to residents and team members
- Assisting with additional maintenance projects as assigned
- Must have your own maintenance tools (required)
- At least 2 years of maintenance experience
- Experience with plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliance repair, and general maintenance
- Ability to safely operate hand and power tools
- Valid driver's license with reliable transportation
- Strong troubleshooting and communication skills
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment
This position requires the ability to:
- Lift, push, and pull up to 75 lbs.
- Frequently stand, walk, bend, kneel, and climb ladders
- Work both indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Safely use maintenance equipment, tools, and protective gear
