Your Role
Provide compassionate, high-quality care to residents in our skilled nursing facility
Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders and scope of practice
Monitor residents’ conditions, document care, and promptly report any changes
Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure coordinated care and optimal resident outcomes
Promote independence and well-being through restorative care practices
Serve as a resource and mentor to nursing staff, fostering a positive care environment
Ensure resident safety, comfort, and dignity at all times
What We’re Looking For
Active RN license in Colorado (or compact state eligibility)
Graduate of an accredited nursing program
A passion for providing compassionate, personalized care
Strong teamwork, communication, and critical thinking skills
Reliability and commitment to high-quality patient care
