Location: Colgate, ND
Compensation: $20.00 - $22.00 / hour
Monday - Thursday 7:00am - 5:30pm - some Fridays may be required

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
Utilities are utilized in a variety of ways throughout the facility. They help with loading & unloading product, driving different equipment, helping in the warehouse, and many others. The candidate must be safety-minded and have good attention to detail.
- Loads and unloads rail cars and trucks as needed
- Weighs product for storage in warehouse
- Cleans in and around equipment as needed
- Cleans warehouse as needed
- Drives tractor, lawn mower, forklift, skid steer or other equipment.
- Communicates with management and maintenance personnel on a timely basis to facilitate maintenance and repairs.
- Complies with company safety policies and maintains clean and orderly work area.
- Complies with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Safe Quality Food (SQF) procedures including timely and accurate documentation of required SQF forms.
- Performs other duties as assigned by management.
MUST-HAVES:
- Ability to become forklift certified
- Basic math skills
- Frequently required to: stand and/or walk, use ladders and climb stairs, bend and stoop, reach, push/pull, kneel and crouch. Lift, carry and/or move items up to 50 pounds, without assistance; use hands to finger, handle, or touch objects, tools, or controls, to verbally communicate; and to hear. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and the ability to adjust focus.
