We are seeking an Experienced and Dedicated Construction Laborer Foreman to join our team. This role involves supervising the construction labor team on the projects. Report to the Site Superintendents. Supporting skilled tradespeople, and ensuring the smooth progress of building activities. The ideal candidate Must Be OSHA 10 Certified, Must Have Telehandler LAW Forklift Certification physically fit, reliable, and eager to learn about construction processes. This position offers an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the construction industry.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the preparation of construction sites, including unloading materials and setting up equipment
• Support skilled tradespeople such as carpenters, masons, and electricians in their tasks
• Perform general labor duties such as digging, lifting, carrying, and cleaning work areas
• Operate basic tools and machinery under supervision
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment
• Assist in loading and unloading materials and supplies as needed
• Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks to meet project deadlines

Qualifications

• OSHA 10 Certification
• Minimum of 5 years construction crew supervising
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks for extended periods
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to learn new skills
• Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Must be able to pass any required background checks and drug screenings

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
