Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role in New Orleans, LA, for a Commercial Construction Superintendent. The Superintendent will oversee all aspects of the construction process, including project planning, scheduling, and execution, while ensuring safety, quality, and on-time delivery. Responsibilities include managing subcontractors, coordinating with teams, enforcing compliance with construction standards, and addressing on-site challenges effectively. The role demands strong leadership and the ability to maintain clear communication with multiple stakeholders to achieve project goals.
Qualifications
- Experience in construction management, project scheduling, and on-site supervision
- Knowledge of safety protocols, quality control practices, and adherence to building codes
- Ability to coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and project teams effectively
