Full-Time Junior Graphic Designer
JOB DESCRIPTION
Are you a recent graduate or early-career designer ready to launch your career in a fast-paced agency environment? We’re looking for a Junior Graphic Designer to join our team. In this role, you’ll contribute to a range of client projects across industrial and B2B sectors, gaining hands-on experience while refining your design skills. You’ll collaborate with a talented team, bring creative concepts to life and help deliver thoughtful, high-quality work that aligns with our clients’ brands and goals.
ABOUT TRINDGROUP
TRINDGROUP is an industry-specific, B2B PR/marketing/design agency that provides branding and identity, campaign marketing, social media, web and interactive design, analytics intelligence, traditional advertising and marketing solutions for our clients. The Junior Graphic Designer will work closely with the team to assist with client projects in many of the areas listed above.
Responsibilities
- Assist in creating visually compelling designs for digital and print media.
- Design graphics for client social media accounts.
- Collaborate with the design team on projects such as brochures, tradeshow assets and website design.
- Ensure designs align with brand guidelines and project requirements.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas.
- Revise designs based on feedback from supervisors and clients.
- Update client websites using WordPress.
- Design emails using various email platforms.
Qualifications
- Degree in graphic design, visual communication or related field.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- A portfolio showcasing your skill and creativity in design.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively under a deadline.
- Self-starter with strong attention to detail.
- Familiarity with WordPress and email platforms a plus.
Schedule
Full-time: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Role begins June 2026
