Job Summary
The Trade Marketing Intern will work on a research project focused on one of our key national retail accounts using numerous analytical and research tools, providing a detailed background and business overview of the account. Based on insights, the intern will provide a recommendation on how to optimize our portfolio of brands for the chosen national account. Additionally, the intern will get a broad range of experience assisting with additional trade marketing projects for the following teams: Trade Marketing Operations, National Accounts On-Premise and Export Sales.
The intern will report to the Director, Trade Marketing & Exclusive Brands.

- Research project on key national account.
- Assist with completing internal project submission forms to kick off new trade marketing projects.
- Assist with managing and updating exclusive brand assets on TAP, our internal asset sharing platform.
- Develop new exclusive brand assets as needed.
- Assist with additional trade marketing team projects as necessary.
- Data reporting and analysis for key national accounts.
- Education: Currently enrolled at a college or university working towards a Bachelor’s degree in Business or Marketing.
- Excellent presentation, written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong computer skills with a high proficiency on Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
- Excellent organizational and follow-up skills.
- Strong analytical and mathematical skills.
- Hybrid work environment; intern must be able to work at our Napa office location four days per week (Mon-Thurs) and work from home one day per week (Fri).
- Extensive computer work.
- Frequent deadline pressures.
- Numerous projects in progress at any given time.
- May be required to work some overtime hours.
- Comply with company safety regulations.
