What are the responsibilities and job description for the Information Technology Support Engineer position at Trinasolar?
Job Responsibilities:
- Be responsible for office infrastructure construction\Operation and Maintenance Work, including cabling, server room, network, client, security, etc.
- Provide IT services to users directly with SLA under ITIL process,including accounts, computers, printers, telephone, conference, training and other IT applications,ensure users are satisfied with IT support.
- Make the region IT budget, do the region IT procurement work, and control the procurement cost. Be responsible for IT asset management for whole lifecycle.
- Follow the HQ’s digitalization guide, implement the IT Policy/Standards. Help to deploy/promote the IT projects/Application from HQ.
- Responsible for collecting and identifying regional digitalization needs, communicating closely with regional users and different digitalization teams at the headquarters, participating in analyzing, tracking, and implementing digitalization solutions, and continuously improving users' digital experience.
- Implement other tasks arranged by the organization.
Job Requirements:
- Relevant degree in IT field (college or above),
- 3 years’ working experience with IT support or network management and maintenance;Experience in docking digital needs and solutions.
- Knowledge of IT service management; Familiar with Microsoft products (Windows Client and Windows Server, AD, DNS, DHCP, FS, Microsoft 365...). Familiar with configuration and troubleshooting of network devices (Juniper/Cisco/Huawei...)
- Good troubleshooting skills with desktop and network, able to work independently.
- Strong systematic thinking ability, able to analyze problems systematically and comprehensively; Strong interpersonal, teamwork & communication skills.
- IT Certificate is a plus (Microsoft/Juniper/Huawei/ITIL/PMP...).
- Fluent in written and spoken both English and Chinese.
Salary : $105,000 - $115,000
