Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated Physical Therapist to join our outpatient team. This role offers true schedule flexibility, the ability to choose your hours and days, and the freedom to treat using your own clinical style while maintaining evidence-based standards.

Key Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive evaluations and develop individualized plans of care
- Treat orthopedic and neurologic conditions using manual therapy and therapeutic exercise
- Provide primarily one-on-one patient care to optimize outcomes and patient experience
- Progress patients toward functional, measurable goals
- Complete timely and compliant documentation
- Communicate effectively with referral sources and care teams
- Contribute to a positive and professional clinic culture

Qualifications
- Master’s or Doctorate (DPT) from an accredited program
- Active Florida Physical Therapist license
- Strong orthopedic assessment and treatment skills
- Manual therapy experience preferred
- Excellent communication and clinical reasoning skills
