Key Responsibilities
- Farm labor including weeding, pruning, trimming, and other labor tasks.
- Perform bucking, trimming, and sorting of cannabis flower with speed and accuracy on cannabis farms.
- Assist with fresh frozen harvest process tasks as directed.
- Assist with drying and curing room tasks as directed.
- Keep workstations organized and sanitary in compliance with state and company regulations.
- Accurately record weights and batch data where required.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals.
- Previous experience in trimming or post-harvest roles is preferred but not required.
- Manual dexterity and ability to perform repetitive tasks for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and product quality.
- Must be 21 years old and eligible to work in the U.S.
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. and work while seated or standing for long periods.
- Willingness to comply with all cannabis industry regulations, including background checks.
- Reliable, motivated, and detail-oriented.
- Comfortable in a production environment with strict quality standards.
- Interested in building skills in cannabis processing and production.
