Responsibilities
- Conduct auto body repairs, including dent removal, panel replacement, and sheet metal fabrication to restore vehicle integrity.
- Utilize automotive welding equipment and power tools to execute precise repairs and fabrication tasks.
- Apply automotive cosmetic repair techniques such as sanding, auto painting, and refinishing to achieve a high-quality finish.
- Install automotive parts including auto glass, trim pieces, and other components with attention to detail and safety standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace while adhering to safety protocols during heavy lifting, use of hand tools, sanding tools, and other equipment.
- Collaborate with team members on auto estimating, customer service interactions, and vehicle inspection processes to ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Proven experience working as an automotive body technician or in a similar role within a dealership or repair shop environment.
- Strong knowledge of automotive structural repair, auto body repair, dent removal, sheet metal work, and cosmetic refinishing techniques.
- Mechanical knowledge of vehicle systems for effective diagnostics and repairs.
- Skilled in the use of hand tools, power tools, sanding tools, auto painting equipment, and assembly techniques.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely while maintaining attention to detail during repairs.
- Ability to communicate clearly about repair processes and timelines.

Pay is comission based

Week paid vacation,3 paid sick days per year.
Pay: $15.00 - $35.00 per hour
