Lead Clinical Engineering at the Health System Level. Shape Strategy. Drive Results.You've mastered biomedical and clinical engineering operations. Now you're ready to influence an entire health system, partner with executive leaders, and build a team that sets the standard for service excellence.What You'll Do
- Lead Clinical Engineering strategy and operations across a multi-site healthcare network.
- Partner with hospital executives to improve performance, enhance technology management, and deliver measurable business results.
- Build, mentor, and develop high-performing Clinical Engineering leaders and teams.
- Drive regulatory readiness, operational excellence, and continuous improvement across the network.
- You know how to balance customer expectations, operational demands, and financial performance.
- You can influence executives just as effectively as you can coach frontline leaders.
- You see root causes, not just symptoms, and act decisively to solve problems.
- You're energized by building strong teams, developing talent, and delivering results that matter.
- Bachelor's degree in Management, Engineering, Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 10 years of Clinical Engineering experience.
- 5 years of leadership experience managing people and operations.
- Experience with regulatory compliance, financial management, contracts, costing, and medical equipment management.
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and strategic leadership skills.
