They are not intended to be construed as an exhaustive list of all responsibilities, duties and skills required.Job Summary:The Associate Regional Sales Manager (ARSM) will support the VP of Domestic Sales by driving business growth and supporting sales efforts across the region. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, nurturing customer relationships, and assisting Sales Representatives with sales, product knowledge, and inventory control.Supervisory Responsibilities:None. Duties/Responsibilities:Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders in the region.Collaborate with the Marketing team to develop sales tools and materials that enhance sales effectiveness.Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand regional sales.Assist Sales Representatives with inventory management and logistics to ensure product availability.Develop and implement action plans for regional training and product knowledge enhancement.Coordinate regional workshops and provide case coverage to support sales initiatives.Join Sales Representatives to offer product knowledge and sales assistance.Support local meeting coordination for Sales Rep teams, ensuring seamless communication and execution. Required Skills/Abilities: Strong time management and organizational skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.Proven ability to build relationships and connect with people at all levels of the organization.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present to various audience levels.Experience in delivering presentations and facilitating training sessions.Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently while maintaining a collaborative team mindset. Salary : $72,000 - $90,000
