Description
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Set objectives for the accounts receivable team that align with the accounting department’s overall goals.
- Manage the operations of the AR department; create, implement and maintain policies, procedures and controls.
- Monitor, control and resolve non-payments, delayed or delinquent payments, and other anomalies.
- Collaborate with internal departments and clients to regulate and resolve holds on client accounts
- Respond to inquiries and research/resolve problems related to client-related transactions.
- Audit delinquent accounts considered to be uncollectible to ensure maximum efforts have been taken before assigning bad-debt status to account.
- Monitor aging balances and recommend write offs.
- Responsible for review and maintenance of customer accounts to ensure accuracy
- Manage the onboarding of new clients.
- Support Accounts Receivable team on a daily basis and train new team members

Salary : $56,700 - $71,800
