Nurse Practitioner or Physicians Assistant

We are seeking an experienced Aesthetic Nurse Practitioner or experienced Physician Assistant to join our dynamic team at TrimBody M.D. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in injectables, hormone replacement therapy, weight loss, and laser treatments. Responsibilities

• Perform Aesthetic Treatments: Administer injectable treatments, including neurotoxins (Botox/Dysport) and dermal fillers, following established safety protocols and artistic standards.
• Wellness & Laser Protocols: Manage Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT) and medical weight loss programs, as well as perform laser treatments.
• Consultation & Assessment: Assess client needs, analyze facial anatomy, and recommend appropriate comprehensive treatments and skincare regimens.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate, HIPAA-compliant client records and detailed treatment plans.
• Safety & Compliance: Ensure strict compliance with all safety, health, and regulatory guidelines within the practice.
• Patient Education: Educate clients on pre- and post-treatment care, managing expectations and addressing any questions to ensure comfort and safety.
• Continuous Learning: Stay updated with the latest advancements, techniques, and technologies in the aesthetic and medical weight loss industry.
• Team Collaboration: Contribute to a positive, professional, and welcoming environment for both clients and staff.

Qualifications

• Licensure: Valid Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) license in the state of California.
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in a med spa, dermatology, or plastic surgery setting.
• Technical Proficiency: Demonstrated proficiency in administering fillers, neurotoxins, and other aesthetic treatments. Experience with HRT and weight loss management is highly preferred.
• Anatomy Knowledge: Strong understanding of facial anatomy, safety zones, and skincare principles.
• Soft Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to build rapport and trust with patients.
