Experienced CNC Machinists are needed for second and third shifts. You’ll execute custom machining from setup through production while applying machining principles, shop math, blueprint reading, and GD&T.

- Interpret blueprints, sketches, drawings, routers, and manuals to define dimensions, tolerances, operation sequences, and setups.
- Select, align, and secure workholding; creatively fixture parts with risers and angle plates as needed.
- Set and refine speeds/feeds and depth/angle of cut; perform part and tool probing to ensure accuracy.
- Monitor machine performance, identify malfunctions or out-of-tolerance conditions, and adjust machine controls/control media.
- Verify compliance to print and router via precision measuring instruments; complete first-piece inspections for multi-piece runs and log results.
- Maintain daily machine and area cleanliness.

Must-haves
- 2 years of trade school, vocational training, or apprenticeship.
- 3–5 years of CNC machining experience.
- Strong foundation in general machining, shop math, precision metrology, blueprint reading, and GD&T.
- Experience with part and tool probing.
- High-speed machining familiarity (16 – 27k RPM).
- Siemens 840D control experience.
- Specialized experience with particular machining processes or equipment (varies by opening).
- Positive, can-do outlook.
- Deadline-driven and dependable.
- Excellent attendance and work ethic.
- Clear, respectful communication with teammates, engineers, and leaders.
