Job Description:
- 7 years of data analysis experience in the *healthcare payer domain*.
- Strong experience with *provider data migration* between enterprise healthcare systems.
- Advanced hands-on expertise in *SQL, PL/SQL, and Oracle*.
- 5 years of experience with *Teradata*.
- 5 years of hands-on *ETL and data engineering* experience.
- 7 years of experience in *functional analysis, gap analysis, and business requirements gathering*.
- Experience developing complex queries, data mappings, and analytical solutions.
- Strong understanding of *data quality, data validation, and data remediation*.
- Experience preparing technical specifications, analytical use cases, test cases, and test plans.
- Proficiency in *SAS, SQL, and Excel Pivot Tables* for reporting and analysis.
- Experience with *master data management (MDM)* and reference data preferred.
- Ability to troubleshoot production data issues and perform root cause analysis.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
*Education:* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Healthcare Informatics, or a related field.
