Pay Details
CDL-A Driver Pay:
$1,400- $1,900 per weekHourly pay: $30 an hourLoad detention pay, Breakdown pay
Job Details
We’re looking for professional drivers who want steady miles, reliable loads, and long-term customers running strong Western lanes.
Schedule & Routes• Start window: 3:00 AM – 7:00 AM• 5–7 days out depending on loads• Typical shifts 12–14 hours per day (60–70 hours per week)
Primary LanesDrivers run consistent loads between major hubs including:• Hayward, CA• Los Angeles, CA• Reno, NV• Las Vegas, NV• Phoenix, AZ
Additional loads throughout: OR and WA
Qualifications
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License
- 1-year verifiable tractor-trailer experience
- Tanker & hazmat endorsements
- TWIC Card
Past 7 years without:
- Driving violation involving the consumption of illegal or intoxicating substances
- A preventable rollover or fatality crash
Past 3 years without:
- License suspensions involving drug and/or alcohol, or a record that would indicate a disregard for public safety
- A major preventable accident
- Two or more moving convictions
