We’re looking for a skilled Tool & Die Technician / Toolmaker who enjoys hands-on work, solving machining challenges, and building tooling that directly supports high-quality plastic extrusion products.
What You’ll Do
- Build, repair, and maintain plastic extrusion dies and precision tooling.
- Set up and operate CNC mills, CNC lathes, manual mills, lathes, surface grinders, and drill presses.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and GD&T specifications.
- Machine metal components to tight tolerances and production standards.
- Inspect parts and tooling using precision measuring instruments.
- Troubleshoot tooling issues affecting extrusion flow, product quality, and dimensional accuracy.
- Assemble and test tooling to ensure proper fit and performance during production runs.
- Work closely with engineering and production teams to support continuous manufacturing operations.

What You Bring
- At least 3 years’ experience in Tool & Die, machining, or precision manufacturing
- Strong blueprint reading and measurement skills
- Experience operating CNC and manual machining equipment
- Ability to troubleshoot and improve production tooling
- Attention to detail and pride in high-quality craftsmanship
Salary : $30 - $36
