About the Role
Trim-Tex is seeking an experienced and results-driven Regional Sales Manager (East) to lead revenue growth, develop top sales talent, and execute strategic sales initiatives across the Midwest, Northeast, Southeast, and Southern regions of the United States.
In this leadership role, you'll manage a team of Territory Managers and Sales Representatives, strengthen distributor partnerships, drive regional performance, and play a key role in achieving the company's growth objectives.
What You'll Do:
✅ Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing regional sales team
✅ Drive revenue growth and achieve regional sales targets
✅ Conduct field training, ride-alongs, and performance coaching
✅ Maintain forecast accuracy and CRM discipline
✅ Build and expand strategic distributor and key account relationships
✅ Identify market opportunities and implement growth strategies
✅ Collaborate with leadership and marketing to support regional initiatives
What We're Looking For:
✔ Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field
✔ 5–7 years of sales management experience
✔ 3 years leading successful sales teams
✔ Strong forecasting, CRM, and business planning skills
✔ Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational abilities
✔ Construction industry experience is a plus
✔ Ability to travel approximately 50%
