We are seeking a skilled and dedicated individual to join our team as a Construction Specialist. This role requires a comprehensive understanding of various construction techniques and practices, with an emphasis on trim finish carpentry and cabinetry construction. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in multiple areas of construction, including but not limited to cabinetry building and install, trim work, paint prep and touch up painting
Perform
- Execute trim and finish carpentry tasks with precision and attention to detail.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools safely and effectively
- Participate in fabrication processes for custom projects, including cabinet installation and finish details
- installation with a focus on quality

- Collaborate with team members on remodeling efforts, ensuring adherence to safety protocols.
Requirements
ATTENTION TO DETAIL !
- Proven experience in the construction industry with a strong background in trim carpentry and cabinetry
- Ability to lift heavy materials and perform physically demanding tasks throughout the workday.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot issues on-site effectively.
- Excellent communication skills for collaboration with team members and clients
- A valid driver's license is preferred for travel between job sites. But is not mandatory.
- must be able to read a tape measure and do basic math

Pay: $18.00 - $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40.0 – 50.0 per week
