Responsibilities
- Conduct landscaping tasks such as mowing, mulching, planting, trimming, irrigation system management, and seasonal clean-up to maintain attractive outdoor spaces.
- Perform landscape maintenance including mowing, trimming, pruning, and edging to keep outdoor spaces pristine.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools safely and effectively for planting, weeding, and other landscaping tasks.
- Assist in installing hardscape features like patios, walkways, retaining walls, and other outdoor structures.
- Assist in remodeling projects including painting, carpentry, drywall, roofing, siding, and flooring updates.
- Operate power tools for building repairs, updates, and maintenance.
Skills
- Strong mechanical knowledge related to landscaping equipment and tools.
- Experience with lawn care techniques including mowing, trimming, Edging, and mulching.
- General knowledge in facilities maintenance and remodeling projects.
- Experience with tools needed to perform facilities maintenance and remodeling.
Requirements
- Must know how to effectively use a zero turn mower and a string trimmer
- Must know how to effectively operate landscaping tools and power tools for building maintenance and updates
- Must be available Monday through Friday between the hours of 9:00 A.M. through 6:00 P.M.
Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
