Responsibilities
- Support the planning and execution of a one-day customer story video shoot.
- Coordinate on-site video production activities and ensure the shoot runs smoothly.
- Work closely with the Director of Photography, client stakeholders, interview subjects, and production team.
- Assist with interview setup, scheduling, staging, and production logistics.
- Help coordinate B-roll filming throughout the customer location.
- Ensure production requirements, timelines, and creative direction are followed.
- Assist with troubleshooting production issues on set.
- Maintain professional communication with Google Cloud and customer stakeholders.
- Help ensure all required interview and B-roll content is captured during the shoot.
- Support general production management and on-site coordination.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Video Producer, Field Producer, or Corporate Video Producer.
- Experience producing corporate videos, customer success stories, branded content, or testimonial/interview videos.
- Strong on-set production and organizational skills.
- Experience coordinating interviews and B-roll shoots.
- Ability to work professionally with executives, customers, and corporate stakeholders.
- Strong communication and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced production environment.
- Must be Kansas City, MO area or able to Travel.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with major technology companies or enterprise clients.
- Experience with B2B, SaaS, cloud technology, AI, or technology-related video content.
- Experience working on customer case studies or customer success stories.
- Experience working with Google Cloud or similar enterprise technology brands.
