๐ Role Overview
We are seeking a Strategy & Execution Specialist to drive execution of high-impact, cross-functional strategic programs. These initiatives focus on key business priorities such as GTM optimization, migrations, partner operating models, and agentic AI transformation.
This role blends program management, analytics, and AI-driven automation, working closely with senior leadership (VP/SVP level) and cross-functional teams including Sales, Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Partners.
๐ Key Responsibilities
๐น AI-Enabled Program Operations (25%)
- Lead cross-functional working sessions: set agendas, drive decisions, and track deliverables
- Prepare executive-level presentations (monthly & quarterly reviews)
- Maintain program trackers and reporting across workstreams
- Monitor key performance metrics (win rates, velocity, conversions, etc.)
- Manage dependencies and escalate risks/blockers
- Build and optimize agentic AI workflows for:
- Status reporting automation
- Data aggregation
- Stakeholder communication
- Competitive insights
๐น Program Execution (50%)
- Own delivery of strategic initiatives and workstreams
- Design and implement GTM system capabilities
- Develop scalable execution and change management plans
- Drive measurable business impact (revenue, efficiency, adoption)
- Partner with IT and Sales Ops to build AI-driven solutions
๐น Discovery & Experimentation (25%)
- Apply design-thinking methodologies to improve business processes
- Conduct stakeholder interviews to identify inefficiencies
- Prioritize improvements based on business impact
- Design and pilot new workflows, playbooks, and frameworks
- Prototype AI-assisted tools (e.g., scoring models, automation tools, analytics solutions)

- Advanced SQL
- Strong proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides)
- Ability to create executive-ready materials independently

- Databricks ecosystem (SQL, Unity Catalog, Notebooks, SDK)

- 8 years in Program Management / Strategy / Consulting

- Experience in enterprise software / data & AI platforms / GTM operations
