Job Details:

Job Title: Technical Program Manager

Location: Council Bluffs IA

Duration: 6 Months with possible ext.

Job Description:

Team consists of approximately 15 members.

Supports global Data Center NPI programs.

Projects range from simple operational initiatives to highly complex ML infrastructure deployments.

Fast-paced, highly ambiguous environment with multiple concurrent programs.

Candidate must adapt to different working styles across the team.

Primary Responsibilities

Coordinate New Product Introduction (NPI) launches into Google Data Centers.

Track project status, milestones, timelines, and deliverables.

Update project documentation, notes, and status reports.

Synchronize information across multiple internal tools.

Investigate risks, issues (“bugs”), and blockers.

Follow up with stakeholders to ensure assigned work is completed.

Coordinate with logistics, testing, operations, and engineering teams.

Help unblock Data Center Technicians and Test Engineers.

Support TPMs with execution while TPMs retain ownership of strategic decisions.

Ensure project tasks are fully closed through proactive follow-up.

Google Slides / Microsoft PowerPoint
