Job Description

Trilyon, Inc. is looking for an experienced Product Manager to support business analysis, product execution, and operational improvement initiatives. The Product Manager will partner closely with Business, Architecture, Tech Leads, and Product Management teams to enable end-to-end delivery and ensure alignment across functions.

The selected Product Manager will evaluate existing business processes, identify inefficiencies, and propose solutions grounded in data analysis. This includes leveraging SQL to extract and analyze CRM/ERP datasets and presenting recommendations through clear and structured communication.

Key Responsibilities

• Work as a Product Manager collaborating with business, product, engineering, architecture, and leadership teams to drive execution.
• Evaluate business processes to uncover inefficiencies and propose data-backed improvements.
• Use SQL to extract, parse, and analyze CRM and ERP datasets, generating insights that support operational and strategic decisions.
• Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and performance metrics to monitor business health.
• Present insights, analysis, and recommendations to stakeholders with clarity and structure.
• Support system rollouts, workflow enhancements, and process improvements to strengthen operational efficiency.
• Create functional documentation, business process flows, and related project artifacts.
• Write user stories and acceptance criteria in Jira to guide development and testing activities.

Required Skills

• Strong cross-functional collaboration across business, product, architecture, and engineering teams.
• Proficient in SQL for extracting and analyzing complex CRM/ERP datasets.
• Ability to evaluate business processes and identify optimization opportunities.
• Skilled in building dashboards, reports, and performance metrics.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to present insights clearly.
• Experience supporting system implementations and process improvements.
• Strong documentation skills including workflows, functional specifications, and Jira-based user stories.
