We are seeking a Genesys Administrator / IWD Support Specialist to join our team. This role will involve supporting and enhancing Genesys solutions, including configuration, routing strategies, APIs, and reporting. The ideal candidate will have experience in Genesys administration, Java, JavaScript, and Oracle Database and a passion for delivering efficient, high-performing communication solutions.

• Location: Lansing, MI 48933 (Hybrid 2 days onsite per week, no remote-only option)
• Duration: 1 year with possible extension

Job Description

The Genesys Administrator / IWD Support Specialist will play a key role in maintaining, configuring, and enhancing the Genesys environment. The position requires hands-on experience with Genesys administration, application development for routing strategies, APIs, customizations, and database analysis. Candidates must be detail-oriented, collaborative, and able to support mission-critical communication systems in a hybrid work setting.
