Location: Lansing, Michigan (Hybrid – Local candidates only within 60 miles)
Duration: 5-Month Contract (Possible Extension)

Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Data Analyst / Tableau Developer to support data-driven decision-making through analytics, reporting, and business intelligence tools. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Python, SQL, Tableau, and Power BI, along with the ability to train users and manage collaboration platforms like MS Teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, maintain, and optimize dashboards and reports using Tableau and Power BI
- Perform data analysis and scripting using Python
- Write and optimize SQL queries for data extraction and reporting
- Administer and support Tableau environments and MS Teams platform
- Provide technical training in a classroom or virtual setting
- Support business users by troubleshooting reports and data-related issues
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand reporting needs and deliver solutions
Required Skills & Experience:
- 1 years of professional experience in Python programming/analysis
- 1 years of experience with Tableau (Site Administration & Dashboard Development)
- 1 years of experience with Power BI (report development & user support)
- 1 years of experience with SQL queries
- 1 years of experience with MS Teams Administration
- 1 years of experience as a technical trainer (classroom or virtual)
Work Schedule (Hybrid – Non-Negotiable):
- Onsite: Wednesdays & Thursdays
- Remote: Mondays, Tuesdays & Fridays
Additional Requirements:
- Must be local to Lansing, MI (within 60 miles) at the time of submission
- Must join interviews via laptop with video enabled
- Candidates should be prepared to share their screen during the interview
- A screenshot photo of the candidate will be required during the interview
- Vendor presence required at the start of the interview for candidate validation
