Are you a detail‑oriented Business Analyst who loves fixing broken processes and making documentation crystal clear? Join a leading semiconductor company’s Global Operations / Quality team and help improve customer return (RMA) workflows that directly impact customer experience.
What you’ll do
- Support Return Material Authorization (RMA) and customer returns processes across SAP, Salesforce, and other internal tools.
- Execute configuration, testing, and deployment activities for RMA‑related system updates (SAP, Salesforce, internal platforms).
- Plan and perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT), validate that changes meet business requirements, and support production go‑live.
- Analyze end‑to‑end RMA workflows, identify gaps, and recommend improvements to systems, tools, and documentation.
- Create and maintain process maps, SOPs, work instructions, user guides, and reference material for RMA and reverse logistics flows.
- Maintain a structured documentation library (Confluence, SharePoint, etc.) with proper version control and audit readiness.
- Prepare documentation to support ISO and Quality Management System (QMS) standards.
- Develop training content and support cross‑functional teams in adopting new RMA processes and tools.
What we’re looking for
- 3 years as a Business Analyst / Operations Analyst / Reverse Logistics Analyst (preferably in semiconductor or electronics).
- Experience with supply chain / operations, with focus on RMA, reverse logistics, or warranty management.
- Hands‑on experience with SAP and Salesforce in an operations, order management, or service environment.
- Strong background in UAT planning and execution (test scenarios, scripts, defect tracking).
- Proven track record writing SOPs, process docs, and user guides for business processes.
- Exposure to ISO/QMS documentation requirements and audits.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Information Systems, Technical Writing, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem‑solving skills.
