We're looking for an Associate Producer who enjoys coordinating marketing campaigns, solving operational challenges, and ensuring every customer-facing campaign launches flawlessly.
What You'll Be Doing
✨ Coordinate and execute SMS, Push Notification, and In-App messaging campaigns
✨ Partner with cross-functional marketing and creative teams
✨ Manage campaign workflows from intake through production and launch
✨ Ensure campaign assets, promotional links, and messaging are accurate
✨ Perform detailed QA testing before deployment
✨ Validate promotions, exclusions, legal copy, and customer experience
✨ Track multiple projects while meeting aggressive deadlines
✨ Support both U.S. and Canada marketing campaigns
✨ Troubleshoot campaign issues and recommend process improvements
✨ Document best practices and operational procedures
We're Looking For
✔ 1-3 years of experience in Digital Marketing, Ecommerce, Interactive Production, Marketing Operations, or Project Coordination
✔ Experience supporting SMS, Push Notifications, In-App Messaging, or CRM campaigns
✔ Strong project management and organizational skills
✔ Excellent communication skills
✔ Outstanding attention to detail
✔ Comfortable managing multiple priorities simultaneously
✔ Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
