Compensation: $130,000 - $175,000 / year
Unmatched Comp Time Policy: Hours worked over 40 in a week can be reimbursed as additional pay at an equivalent hourly rate or banked as additional PTO.

As a Senior Professional Engineer for Water Resources, you will have the opportunity to be involved in large, multi-discipline projects while developing diverse skill sets.
What are the core responsibilities for the role?
- Design and analysis of water, wastewater and other infrastructure systems and facilities
- Prepare studies, reports, plans, specifications, and cost estimates for a wide variety of water resource projects
- Support project managers with client relations, stakeholder management, and sub-consultant coordination
- Interface with clients including state and local agencies
- Coordinate and conduct meetings with project stakeholders
- Coordinate with office management and other project managers to share resources
- Assist in proposal preparation including oral presentations. Also prepare the scope, schedule, and budget for new projects
- Work within a team of project managers, design engineers, technicians, and support staff to successfully complete a variety of projects
- Take ownership of projects from start to finish
- Undergraduate or graduate degree from an accredited program in civil engineering (FE Complete)
- California Registered Professional Engineer (PE) required
- Experience and relationships with water related or infrastructure agencies are highly preferred
- Knowledge and experience with, AutoCAD Civil 3D, 2D Modeling, and other applicable software
- Solid organizational, verbal, and written communication skills
- Ability to interact with clients and multi-discipline team members
- Willingness to work on projects locally or in workshare with other offices
- Possess a proven history of meeting project deadlines and budgets
- Outstanding interpersonal and customer service skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Minimum 10 to 15 years of water / wastewater / infrastructure design experience
- Experience in managing technical staff and project teams is desirable
- Ability to manage several projects concurrently
