Fuss & O'Neill is seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer to join our expanding Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) team! This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and experienced professional to play a key role in delivering high-quality engineering solutions across a wide range of building and infrastructure projects. As part of a collaborative and multi-disciplinary environment, you'll be at the forefront of innovative design work that directly improves the built environment and critical infrastructure systems.
This is a prime opportunity for a talented and driven electrical engineer to make a significant impact on high-profile work-including the design and improvement of traditional building electrical systems, generator installations, HVAC system upgrades and replacements, as well as electrical and control systems for wastewater treatment and other utility-related infrastructure. You'll be working on projects that serve municipalities, institutions, and private-sector clients, all while advancing your career within a supportive and growth-focused.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage electrical engineering tasks across both single-discipline and multi-discipline projects
- Conduct site visits and field investigations to assess existing conditions
- Develop high-quality electrical design deliverables for new and existing structures, including site infrastructure
- Review MEP systems for performance, efficiency, and code compliance
- Collaborate with other engineering disciplines to deliver fully integrated design solutions
- Support and mentor junior staff
- Ensure adherence to budgets, schedules, and client expectations
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering
- 7 years of experience in electrical engineering, ideally within a consulting environment
- PE licensure or ability to obtain within one year
- Strong understanding of NFPA and State Building Codes (preferred)
- Experience with AutoCAD required; familiarity with Revit a plus
- Proven project management capabilities are a plus
