CPH has an opening in our Jacksonville, Florida office location for the following position:
Part time Civil/Environmental Engineering Student. This is a permanent part-time position, not a seasonal internship.
CPH is seeking a career-oriented candidate to assist in the coordination and production of Construction projects using AutoCAD and other modeling software.
Responsibilities/Duties Include:
- Experience with Autodesk AutoCAD (Civil 3D experience a plus).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Drafting and Preparation of construction documents including plans, details and exhibits.
- Coordination with other project team members, company departments.
- Management of time and workload to stay on schedule.
- Assisting staff engineers with design, modeling and permitting efforts.
- Other duties, including administrative, as deemed necessary by project supervisor.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise:
- Presently enrolled in civil engineering studies of bachelor's level program
- Completion of relevant coursework in civil engineering is highly desired
- Working knowledge of relevant software tools such as AutoCAD desired
Compensation & Benefits
- Dependent upon experience.
- 401K participation if eligibility requirement is met.
- 18-24 hours per week.
