What You Will Be Doing
Engage with K-8 students as a mentor, fostering trust and encouraging a limitless approach to learning.
- Utilize AI and adaptive learning tools to tailor educational paths, guiding students as they explore at their own pace.
- Craft and facilitate life-skills workshops (public speaking, goal-setting, teamwork) that equip students for lifelong achievements.
- Encourage a culture of curiosity, ambition, and growth—help students recognize their strengths and passions.
Youth Program Director key responsibilities
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Exceptional public speaking abilities, with a proven track record of engaging and energizing audiences.
- A passion for connecting with, inspiring, and motivating K-8th grade students.
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in coaching or mentoring youth.
- Authorized to work in the US without visa sponsorship.
- Commitment to working onsite at our Phoenix or Austin locations.
- Availability to participate in a paid training program at our Austin, TX campus.
