This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. What You Will Be Doing
- Architecting and executing student onboarding, technology provisioning, and system configuration across our rapidly expanding network of 25 campuses
- Creating and enforcing service level agreements for internal support processes with measurable outcomes
- Synchronizing efforts with launch, product, and platform teams to ensure seamless operational readiness
- Spearheading change management for platform enhancements, feature deployments, and workflow evolutions
- Establishing robust feedback mechanisms between field operations and central teams to continuously improve speed and reliability
- Developing crystal-clear accountability frameworks and escalation protocols for operational execution
- Manually resolving one-off exceptions—your mission is to create systems that handle complexity
- Operating in isolation—your role intersects with platform, product, launch, and support functions
- Implementing someone else's vision—you'll architect, own, and continuously refine our operational approach
- Getting bogged down in consensus-building—you'll lead with decisiveness and execute with velocity

We're seeking an exceptional systems architect with operational expertise who excels in ambiguous environments, scales effective solutions, and eliminates inefficiencies—bringing substantial experience in onboarding, support operations, and mission-critical launches.

- Background with a premier strategy consulting organization (MBB or equivalent such as Deloitte S&O, Strategy&, EY-Parthenon, Accenture Strategy, LEK, Kearney, etc.)
- 10 years of operational, product, or customer-facing experience in environments where real-time performance is critical
- Proven success designing and managing large-scale onboarding or provisioning workflows
- Expertise in developing service level agreements and running high-volume internal service operations
- Exceptional decision-making abilities regarding process optimization, tool selection, and escalation protocols
- Demonstrated proficiency in change management and technical implementation (beyond communications)
- Proficiency leveraging AI tools to accelerate processes and reduce manual intervention
- U.S. work authorization and willingness to travel approximately 25% of the time (one week monthly)
