What You Will Be Doing
- Conducting engaging virtual workshops that emphasize life skills like creativity, communication, and problem-solving.
- Providing one-on-one and group mentoring to help students build confidence, self-reliance, and executive functioning skills.
- Leveraging platform data to customize support and monitor student progress over time.
- Working closely with fellow educators to design and refine project-based learning experiences.
- Fostering a vibrant, supportive environment where students feel valued and eager to grow.
- Teaching core academic subjects, as AI tutors handle this aspect.
- Delivering pre-written lectures or upholding a conventional classroom setting.
- Grading papers or preparing standardized lesson plans.

Basic Requirements
- Possession of a valid Arizona teaching certificate.
- Experience in teaching, mentoring, or coaching students, ideally in grades 4–8.
- A strong virtual presence and comfort with leading sessions via video.
- Availability for full-time work, Monday through Friday, from 8 am to 5 pm Arizona time.
- Prepared to start by August 2025.
- Enthusiasm for working in a tech-savvy, student-focused educational setting.
