What You Will Be Doing
- Orchestrating comprehensive admissions journeys with sophistication, genuine empathy, and strategic efficiency
- Evaluating incoming prospects from affluent families using thoughtful inquiry techniques, CRM intelligence, and AI-enhanced insights
- Serving as the dedicated relationship manager for all parent interactions, appointment coordination, and communication follow-through—delivering exceptional service regardless of enrollment outcome
- Harnessing advanced AI capabilities and CRM platforms (particularly HubSpot) to optimize workflow prioritization, automate routine communications, and minimize administrative burden
- Following cookie-cutter conversation templates—this position demands nuanced judgment, professional finesse, and superior interpersonal intelligence
- Navigating bureaucratic obstacles—we've eliminated unnecessary approval chains and departmental bottlenecks
- Transferring relationship ownership—you maintain complete accountability from initial contact through final decision

Basic Requirements
- Minimum 3 years' experience in client-facing roles with quantifiable conversion success (admissions, high-end sales, philanthropic development, executive recruitment, or similar)
- Proven ability to navigate complex, emotionally-charged conversations with sophistication and authentic empathy
- Proficiency with CRM systems (HubSpot preferred) and experience managing sophisticated prospect journeys from initial inquiry to final decision
- Demonstrated aptitude for adopting AI-powered tools, automation processes, and strategic workflow management
- Exceptional attention to detail—including immaculate record-keeping, proactive follow-up protocols, and disciplined CRM maintenance
- Located in the United States or Canada with authorization to work without requiring sponsorship
- Flexibility to accommodate evening and weekend availability aligned with family scheduling needs
- Knowledge of Alpha's educational approach or demonstrated passion for transformative education models
